Exciting new chapter for Director of Wine, Takuan von Arnim and Cellar Master, Tim Hoek.
The growing success of Haute Cabrière Estate, increased local sales and wine exports and the expansion of their premium Reserve Range of wines neccesitated managerial changes at Haute Cabriere Estate. This is testament to the hard work of our entire team, and we are so thankful for their passion and dedication.
To answer the growing needs of management, they are thrilled to share new roles within the wine team as they set their sights on even greater heights.
Takuan von Arnim takes up the role of Director of Wine. Takuan will continue to creatively guide Haute Cabrière’s wine philosophy and style in his new capacity as Director of Wine. This new role will also focus on the growth of our local and export market, as well as strategic decisions within the wine business.
Tim Hoek takes up the role of Cellar Master after 8 harvests with Haute Cabrière. Tim will now lead the viticulture and cellar teams in our pursuit of creating exceptional wines overseeing all wine production as well as overseeing vineyard management.
Takuan and Tim’s combined passion, creativity and skill will ensure the wines we produce continue to evolve, push the boundaries and develop the quality of our signature varietals of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in ever new and exciting ways.
